Xiaomi today hosted its Smarter Living online event in India which announced a number of new products including the Mi Band 6, Mi TV 5X, Mi NoteBook Ultra and more. Of course, some of these products are not brand new and are only now making their way to India. Here is a complete breakup.
Mi volume 6

The Mi Band 6 was launched worldwide in April. Compared to its predecessor, the fitness tracker has a larger 1.56-inch AMOLED display, twice as many activity modes (30 in total) and blood oxygen monitoring. It can also track sleep breathing quality and has attractive features like 24/7 heart rate monitoring, 14 day battery life, 5ATM water resistance and more. Mi TV 5X
It looks like Xiaomi has not yet given up the Mi branding on its new smart TVs. The Mi TV 5X is a 4K TV that comes in three sizes – 43 inches, 50 inches, and 55 inches. All three models have a resolution of 3840 x 2160 and a screen-to-body ratio of over 95%. You also get support for Dolby Vision, HDR 10, and Dolby Atmos for audio.
Xiaomi has overlaid the Android TV operating system (Android 10) with its new PatchWall 4 user interface. You get some new features on Xiaomi’s skin, like IMDb integration, along with existing attributes like universal search, kid mode, smart recommendations, and more.
The connectivity options of the new Mi TV 5X include three HDMI 2.1 ports, two USB ports, an Ethernet port, an optical audio port, a 3.5mm headphone jack and an AV input.
The Mi TV 5X costs Rs 31,999 for the 43-inch model, Rs 41,999 for the 50-inch model and Rs 47,999 for the 55-inch version. Sales begin September 7th through Mi.com, Flipkart, Mi Home Stores and Croma.
Mi NoteBook Ultra
The Mi NoteBook Ultra contains 11th generation Intel Core processors with Intel Iris Xe graphics. It has a 15.6-inch IPS display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600. You get up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage on the laptop.
Xiaomi claims that the new Mi NoteBook Ultra’s 70 Wh battery can last up to 12 hours and the laptop reaches a 50% charge in just 45 minutes.

For connectivity, it offers Wi-Fi 6 support, a USB-C port, a USB 3.2 port, a USB 2.0 port, and a single HDMI port. The device also has an integrated webcam at the top of the screen and a backlit keyboard.
For software you get Windows 10 Home Edition on board.
The Mi NoteBook Ultra starts at Rs 59,999 and goes all the way up to Rs 76,999 in India. The company also launched the Mi NoteBook Pro in India. The laptop was previously launched in China and costs 56,999 rupees in India. Both laptops will be available in the Mi.com, Amazon and Mi Home stores from August 31st.
Other product launches
In addition to the key products mentioned above, Xiaomi has also launched the Mi Router 4A Gigabit Edition and the Mi 360 ° Home Security Camera 2K Pro in India. The two smart home products cost 2,199 rupees and 4,499 rupees, respectively. You can also pick up a pair of Xiaomi running shoes for 2,699 rupees from August 26th.
