Smartphones are incredibly versatile devices that you can use to surf the Internet, run apps, take photos / videos, make payments, and much more. However, there are situations when you might want to plug your phone into an actual computer.

There are several reasons you might want to connect your phone to a computer, such as: B. File transfers, topping up, and ADB / hacking / custom ROM activities. Cloud storage has reduced the need for wired transfers somewhat, while fast charging offers speeds exponentially faster than PC charging. We’ve seen wireless ADB functionality lately, too, though you may still need a cable for some crafting tasks.

Me? I have been using a cable to transfer ISOs for emulation purposes for the past month or two as this is just too tedious via Google Drive. And that’s really the main reason I still plug my phone into a computer.
