5. Magnificent model O.
While this list includes several adjustable weight mice, some people do better with mice that are naturally lightweight. The glorious model O is super light and weighs only 67 grams and comes with a honeycomb shell that takes some weight off. 7. SteelSeries Rival 710
SteelSeries has some of the most trusted gaming mice out there, and the SteelSeries Rival 710 is one of them. It has an asymmetrical design that fills the palm of your hand.
