The last episode of Westworld third season is around the corner and it develops as complicated and unpredictable as what was before.

But that won’t stop us from rejecting our theories about what will happen to Dolores, Caleb and the gang.

Will Caleb be the one to defeat Serac and lead the host rebellion? Will Dolores and Maeve destroy each other? What will happen to the tortured halores?

Before the season finale, it will be broadcast on Sunday at 9 p.m. Let’s go into some theories and predictions on HBO.

Serac is Rehabeam

There is a big chance that Serac is Rehaboam like his brother Soloman is. It would be Westworld’s ultimate poetic flip. In season 1 we had hosts who were human on the outside and mechanized on the inside. It would be poetic if the computer or AI is a machine from the outside and a human from the inside.

Caleb and The Man in White have some kind of connection.

HBO

And if I stick to biblical names for a moment, I think Caleb holds everything together. At the treatment center, Caleb and William had the same patient number. Obviously this is not a coincidence when copying and pasting, but I am wondering whether the whole of 2058 is a simulation with people connected to Rehabeam. And somehow The Man In White is tied to Caleb, which is why Dolores may have made friends with him at all.

Then there is Bernard, who has been quietly on the side in the last few episodes. He could play a much bigger role in all of this than Dolores and Maeve. Stubbs is probably a Serac mole, although now that he’s been programmed to protect Bernard, will there be a time when his programming is at odds?

But the real question for me is whether Marshawn Lynch’s character will be back and whether his T-shirt “lights up” when we hear all of our theories about what will happen next.

Serac is a hologram and there is a brand new sublime

Somewhere in the final, Serac will turn out to be a hologram. The frequency with which he has disappeared in the last episodes is difficult to ignore.

Serac was elusive all season.

HBO

I also think there will be one CleganebowlConfrontation between Serac and Solomon, also known as the AI, who inherited part of John Mis’s thoughts. The USB that Solomon Caleb gave will lead the brothers to compete against each other in a simulation.

What if there is a whole new world that Solomon has sent the runaways who have not passed the re-education program? They are currently in cryogenic sleep, so their thoughts may be elsewhere in a sublime type. In season 4, the hosts could go to this place and live in peace.

Or the man in white could kill them all. One of these two options.

The man in black saves the world and reveals the future world

The man in black, or you could say the man in white, has not yet shown his hand. He has led Delos for years and it is highly unlikely that he could be so easily stripped of his powers.

Will the man in white shoot Bernard and Stubbs?

HBO

He has something up his sleeve to stop Delores, her “offspring” and Caleb before they successfully implement their plan. The man in black is far too smart not to be resilient to keep his power with the company and over the hosts. This heroic moment will come after Caleb defeats Serac, but before he executes the plan Solomon gave him.

At the end of the episode, a new park will be unveiled: Future World. A place where visitors can live out their imagination of leading a host army to conquer the world.

Who cares when Maeve and Dolores work together?

I’ve made a number of predictions this season, and I think none of them are as important as my only wish: Maeve and Dolores ultimately have to band together to fight the patriarchy, um, I mean rehab team.

It is time for these two to stop fighting and band together.

HBO

During the Breakdown by episode In the penultimate episode, Evan Rachel Wood (Dolores) even mentions that she and Thandie Newton (Maeve) have been waiting for them all season.

I also hope Caleb realizes that the society he lived in is a cage and takes the lead to break everyone out of their minds.

While watching this season, I’ve been simulating Person of Interest, a show about government-funded AI designed to prevent acts of terrorism, and the parallels with Westworld are striking. I wonder if creator Jonathan Nolan is trying to warn us again about the technological path.

It’s time for The Man in White to go on

I am with Caitlin and I want Maeve and Dolores to survive. And team up. They both try to find a way for their species, so it shouldn’t be that complicated.

Hopefully Bernard and Stubbs can overwhelm William.

HBO

Well, I know this may not be a popular opinion, but can we get rid of the man in white yet? I hope Bernard and Stubbs end up overwhelming him. I know Dolores plays a role for William in the big scheme of things, but when that’s done can we move past his damaged self? You’re welcome! I’d rather know more about Caleb. Or Ash and Giggles. Bring Giggles and his t-shirt back next season!

I expect the show to end season three with another big technical twist – bigger than holograms, self-driving cars, and designer drugs for cinephiles. Do everyone live on 2058 in one simulation? Can Dolores become the next AI? What part of Serac’s perverse mind has Rehabeam absorbed like Solomon with Jean Mis schizophrenia?

I hope the final answers these questions.
