Full disclosure: I adore the John Wick filmsand have come to the conclusion that John Wick, more than The Matrix, more than Point Break, is the perfect vehicle for Reeves, who seems to belong organically in the universe of this film as if he were born for the role.
Now that you know where I stand on Reeves and John Wick, let me say that tonight should be an amazing evening. The film is hosted by Jamie Lee Curtis and she has a lot of special guests. Reeves and Halle Berry (who played Sofia in John Wick: Chapter 3) will be on site to give a special introduction to the film. Other guests include Lance Reddick (Charon) and Asia Kate Dillon (The Adjudicator in Chapter 3), as well as filmmakers Chad Stahelski and David Leitch.
During the screening, you have the opportunity to support the temporarily unemployed cinema employees in the country by making a donation to the country Will Rogers Film Pioneer Foundationwho actively helps workers in the film industry with financial support.
