Verizon offers its wireless customers even more value for their hard earned money. Today the network operator announced that it will offer its new and existing customers up to one year of free access to Apple Arcade or Google Play Pass. The offer officially starts on May 26th.
According to the company’s press release, all Verizon unlimited customers will receive a free Apple Arcade or Google Play Pass for at least six months. The entire year of free access is available to anyone who subscribes to Verizon’s Play More or Get More plans. Typically, the services cost $ 4.99 per month.
Google Play Pass currently has over 800 premium games and apps in its library. These include titles like the Monument Valley franchise, Stardew Valley, Dead Cells, and many more. It also has a variety of educational and entertainment apps for kids. The subscription gives access for up to six family members on one account.

Apple Arcade doesn’t have that many titles in its library, but it still has over 180 games available for a monthly fee. Apple Arcade gives you access to the games on your iPad, iPhone, Mac, and the Apple TV 4K set-top box. Some games even offer full controller support. There are a number of exclusive games for Apple Arcade such as Star Trek: Legends, NBA 2K21 Arcade Edition, The Oregon Trail, and Fantasian. As with Google Play Pass, Apple Arcade supports up to six users per account.
Free access to Apple Arcade or Google Play Pass is just the latest giveaway for Verizon’s unlimited customers. Subscribers can receive Discovery Plus for up to one year and Apple Music for up to one year. And depending on the plan, Verizon Unlimited customers can get Disney Plus, Hulu, and ESPN Plus for at least six months before they get their subscription.
