The Withings Sleep Pad is under the mattress, but can collect all types of sleep data, including your heart rate.

It’s awful enough to be awake now, let alone try to sleep. Coronavirus anxiety is realand I have no doubt that it takes a lot of us decent rest. I’ve been having issues lately, and although I’ve always fought against sleep tracking tools (for reasons I’ll explain below), I’m thinking about the following: For a limited time and while supplies last Withings Sleep Tracking Pad is available for $ 78.79. Regular price: $ 99.95.

Sleep fits your phone and lives under your mattress. Fortunately there is nothing to wear; I can’t sleep with something strapped to my wrist so I don’t rely on it Apple Watch sleep tracking or something similar.

But sleep promises to recognize all kinds of information, including snoring, breathing disorders, and even heart rate. (I’m not sure how it works with an entire mattress between us, but it apparently works.) And then there are actionable tips on how you can improve your sleep.

I haven’t tested the product yet, so I can’t say for sure if it really helps. And what works for me may not work for you. But I’m thinking about spending the $ 79 to find out.
