At the 20th of March Slashfilm reports This season, Ahsoka Tano, the former Padawan of the late Anakin Skywalker, will make her live-action debut. It is apparently played by Rosario Dawsonyou might remember playing Claire Temple Netflix’s Marvel shows.
“This has not been confirmed yet, but if that happens I will be very happy. I am very happy that it will be confirmed at some point,” said Dawson Variety said In April.

What is going on with the documentary?
Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian will feature cast and crew interviews, new footage, and round table discussions from Favreau. As in the actual show, the episodes will be released every Friday after the premiere on Monday May 4th.
It will deal with the filmmaking process, the legacy of George Lucas’ Star Wars, how the cast brought the characters to life, its breakthrough technology, the artistry behind the show’s practical models (like that $ 5 million baby Yoda doll), Effects and creatures, along with the creative influences, the iconic score and the connections to Star Wars characters and props.
Who’s in there?
Pedro Pascal (best known for playing Oberyn Martell in Game of Thrones) is the bounty hunter behind the helmet: he is a lonely Mandalorian gunslinger who operates in the outer area of the galaxy.
A star-studded cast joins him, but some of these characters have not survived season 1:
What’s up with Baby Yoda?
This little guy won hearts when he appeared in the season premiere and we have their own instructions for him. He’s officially known as The Child – we don’t know his real name, race, or home planet, but he can use power fairly effectively and the imperial remnant wants him.
Oh, and the most detailed version of the doll apparently cost around $ 5 million.
Why isn’t this about the usual Jedi and Sith conflict?
The Star Wars underworld is a very rich storytelling environment, according to executive producer Jon Favreau. He wanted to go back to the sound of the old western and samurai films that inspired George Lucas, and said The show is Star Wars meets Mad Max.
The Mandalorian is one of four shows that take place in a distant galaxy and come to the Disney Plus streaming service.
The seventh season of The Clone Wars started in February and the company announced one Rogue One Prequel series In 2018, he focused on the rebel spy Cassian Andor. And Ewan McGregor will do it Return as Obi-Wan Kenobi in a brand new show that is scheduled to begin shooting in 2021.
Who else is involved?
Season One Directors:
Favreau, Filoni, Colin Wilson and Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy are the executive producers, with Karen Gilchrist as a co-executive producer.
The Mandalorian is one of the first projects for ILM TV, a division by Lucasfilm’s company for visual effects from Industrial Light & Magic. The soundtrack of the show is composed by Ludwig Göransson, Who scored Black Panther, Poison and Creed II. Goransson’s Black Panther score won him a grammy and an Oscar in 2019.
Is there an abundance of Mandalorian merch that we can hunt?
Hunting goods is a complicated hobby, but you know you want it. Three characters from the show are featured in the 6-inch Black series – The Mandalorian itself (along with a shiny carbonized variant), Cara Dune, IG-11, The Heavy Infantry Mandalorian (named) Paz Vizla) and the Offworld Jawa. Baby Yoda will join them in spring 2020.
What is a Mandalorian?
Mandalorians are people from the outskirts of Mandalore, their moon Concordia and the planet Kalevala, the story of which was largely told in The Clone Wars and Rebels.
Their world underwent major political upheavals during the clone wars and the early days of the rule of the Galactic Empire, but many of the clans joined under the rule of Bo-Katan Kryze after taking control of the kingdom Darksaber. The weapon with the black blade was made by Tarre Vizsla (the first Mandalorian to join the Jedi Order) more than 1,000 years earlier and became a symbol of leadership – it also appeared in The Mandalorian’s Season 1 finale.
You probably associate the bounty hunters Boba Fett and Jango Fett with the term because they wear the cool armor, but they do are not true Mandalorians. Jango once claimed to be from Concord Dawn, a Mandalorian world, but the government considered him (and thus his cloned son Boba) to be a pretender.
Could Boba Fett show up?
Fans have been asking for Boba’s return to the Star Wars galaxy, though he fell into the throat of a hungry Sarlacc in Return of the Jedi, but there’s no indication that this will happen, and he didn’t show up in Season 1 .
Fans of the Legends material (developed in Novels, comics and games before 2014) will remember that in this continuity, Boba escaped the Sarlacc and became the leader of Mandalore in a completely different (and not canonical) post-return of the Jedi Galaxy.
Chuck Wendigs in the canon Aftermath trilogy of novels saw Mandalorian armor strongly suggesting that Boba was salvaged from the pit and carried by the former slave, Cobb Vanth. With armor as a symbol of power, he becomes sheriff of Freetown (a settlement on Tatooine) and offers protection to anyone willing to fight the world’s crime syndicates.
We also saw a mysterious person approaching the body of assassin Fennec Shand on Tatooine in the final moments of season one fifth episode, but the show hasn’t followed up on that joke.
What other stories could they draw from?
Star Wars 1313 was a video game that was discontinued at Disney Close all projects at LucasArts – Lucasfilms game development group – 2013. We saw an impressive demo for UnchartedAdventures in style before Actor Wilson Bethel (who recently hit the target in Daredevil season 3).
Players would have explored the guts of city planner Coruscant – the title was an indication of his dirty underworld level 1313 (which later appeared in) The clone wars).
After it was canceled, we found out Boba Fett would be the star and that Kennedy later agreed that the concept art was “incredible”.
“So our attitude is we don’t want to throw anything away. It’s gold,” she said told Slashfilm in 2015. “And it’s something that we spend a lot of time looking at, going through, discussing, and we can develop these things very well. We definitely want it.”
In the same interview, Kennedy noted that Lucasfilm was reading through the material that Lucas had developed for the canceled TV show Star Wars: Underworld, which was announced in 2005 and canned in 2010 for budgetary reasons. It should be put between Revenge of the Sith and A new hope and would have bound in 1313.
