The Boys are back: Amazon Prime’s dysfunctional superheroes return
The boys’ second season returns to Amazon Prime on September 4.

The creepy superheroes and the vigilantes fighting against them are back Season 2 of The Boys on Amazon Prime.
From September 4th, the show will return from Seattle with new adventures and a new superhero. Amazon released a new sneak peek video showing Stormfront played on Friday by Aya Cash (you’re the worst).
She introduces herself to the dysfunctional superhero team The Seven while filming a propaganda video on site. Of course, she also films herself live on social media while welcoming the confused superhero team.
“I think Stormfront is like an atomic bomb that explodes in the seven,” Cash told Entertainment Weekly in March. “She’s here to try to get Vought back to the original idea of creating superheroes, and she can be pretty feminist. There’s a lot, I wouldn’t say misdirection, but she’s also a very skilled woman. “
The video was shown on Friday during a virtual reunion with The Boys Cast and executive producer Eric Kripke, hosted by season two guest star Patton Oswalt.
In the new season, the crew that fights the superheroes – Hughie (Jack Quaid), Breast Milk (Laz Alonso), Frenchie (Tomer Capon) and Kimiko (Karen Fukuhara) – are trying to live in hiding with Butcher (Karl) to adapt Urban) nowhere to be found.
In the meantime, Starlight (Erin Moriarty) has to take her place on the superhero team The Seven as Homelander (Antony Starr) strives for complete control of the group. His power is threatened by the addition of Stormfront, a young superhero who knows social media and has her own agenda.
Superheroes in The Seven also include Queen Maeve (Dominique McElligott), A-Train (Jessie T. Usher), The Deep (Chace Crawford) and Black Noir (Nathan Mitchell).
Amazon Prime Video also announced on Friday that The Boys’ second season will release its first three episodes on September 4. Until the season finale on October 9, new episodes will be broadcast every Friday. There are eight episodes in total.
