Wireless cameras are great if you have a reliable WiFi setup and you don’t mind changing batteries from time to time. The list includes both indoor and outdoor models, so everyone should be able to find something that suits their needs.

Best Wireless Security Cameras:

Editor’s note: We’ll update our list of the best wireless security cameras as new options become available.

Arlo Pro 3

Arlo’s Pro 3 security system is an Amazon Choice product that can be easily controlled from the palm of your hand. You don’t have to switch to full CSI when zooming and enhancing either – the Arlo Pro 3 records with 2K resolution in color or black and white.

The Arlo Pro 3 system requires a hub, which is included with two or more cameras. If you already have the hub, you can choose the Add-On Camera on Amazon option.

The Blink Outdoor is a great option if you are looking for a durable outdoor camera. Not only is it waterproof to IP65, but it also lasts up to two years on just two AA batteries. If you are used to moving around your house, you can also set up specific activity zones so that you only record what matters. The Blink Outdoor also works indoors and you can purchase a kit with up to five cameras.

Reolink’s Argus 2 is another waterproof and wireless surveillance camera. It comes with a solar panel attachment so you don’t have to worry about changing the battery often. Argus 2 offers a 130-degree viewing angle, PIR motion detection, and two-way audio so you should hear and see everything that’s going on. It complies with the Blink’s IP65 waterproof rating, so you shouldn’t have any problems with recording in any weather.

Canary Flex

The Canary Flex is another option that doesn’t require a hub to connect all of your cameras. While the Canary Flex system only saves recordings for 24 hours by default, the two-camera kit includes a one-year premium service. The premium service allows you to save recordings for 30 days and use two-way audio for communication throughout your home.

Blue by ADT

ADT’s Blue Wireless Camera shows that the home security game is not all about startups. ADT has been around since 1874 and Blue is just the company’s newest security measure. Blue is smart home compatible so it works with your favorite assistant. It even offers facial recognition so you can be notified when loved ones approach your home. The blue camera can also send a siren with your smart speakers when their motion sensors are triggered.

Deep Sentinel

The final options were wireless security cameras that you have to monitor yourself, but Deep Sentinel takes security to the next level. Deep Sentinel offers a Live Guard service where trained professionals monitor your videos and respond quickly to incidents. Of course, professional live service isn’t cheap, but it could make a difference when it comes to response time.

The Deep Sentinel cameras and the hub use AI to identify threats. This could be a glimpse into the future of security systems.
