Telegram founder and CEO Pavel Durov launched an offensive against Apple yesterday. In a New York Times report on how Apple allegedly gave the Chinese government control of its Guiyang data centers, Durov said the Cupertino company is efficient at “selling overpriced, outdated hardware to customers who are in their ecosystem are included “.
