Swimming comes to Animal Crossing: New Horizons next week

If you wanted to take a swim off the coast of your island Animal Crossing: New Horizons while the wedding season is coming to an end, Nintendo is for you. Swimming is available in the Switch Megahit free summer update on July 3rd.

“Put on your wetsuit to dive and swim in the sea and even meet new characters!” The company tweeted on Thursday.

The update offers the possibility of swimming and diving. After that, you can donate any marine animals you pick up to Blathers’ Museum. You can also give scallops, which you will find Pascal – a sea otter that previously appeared in Wild World, City Folk, and New Leaf – and he’ll go through some recipes with marine motifs.
