We play games to distract ourselves from real life, which is why the story of Jill Valentin’s escape from the virus-infested raccoon city is so soothing. it doesn’t seem to point to anything outside our doors. When Capcom released the original version of Resident Evil in 1996, they hardly knew how scary the game would ultimately reflect aspects of real life. And now we have a remake of Resident Evil 3 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 that has been reduced for the first time since the game was released in April. At the moment you may want to make the best buy because you can buy Resident Evil 3 for the PS4 $ 40. That’s $ 20 less than the regular price.
And let’s not skip the Xbox. You can get Resident Evil 3 for Xbox One for $ 40 also.
The discount is welcome, because as much fun as the remake is, it is over much too early – there may be six hours of fun here, which is short enough and feels more like an expansion pack than an independent game. Much of the game is played on a track without the opportunity to explore a lot of free form. And the game’s big bad, the terrible bio-weapon called Nemesis, is a bit unused.
Perhaps to make up for the overwhelming depth of content, you’ll also get Resident Evil Resistance, an intense four-on-one multiplayer game. While CNET’s Sean Keane struggled to recommend the game at its original $ 60 price Review of the Resident Evil 3 remake$ 40 seems like the right price.
