Samsung is expected to launch three different foldable phones next year. According to UBI Research (via The Elec), the Korean company is preparing three types of foldable OLED panels for three foldable models, namely the Galaxy Z Flip 2, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Fold Lite.
The Galaxy Z Flip 2 is said to have a 6.7-inch hole-punch display and a 3-inch external screen. If the report is to be believed, the main foldable screen is the same size as that of the original Galaxy Z Flip. The outer screen is quite a bit larger than the 1.1-inch window on the first flip.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 has an internal 7-inch screen and a smaller external 4-inch display. In the meantime, the Galaxy Z Fold Lite should be a cheaper alternative to the Fold 3 with the appropriate display dimensions.

The report adds that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 has S-Pen support and an in-display selfie camera. LTPO screen technology is also expected to be used to reduce power consumption.
All three foldable phones are said to be equipped with ultra-thin glass.
This isn’t the first time we’ve heard of the new Samsung leaflets. Tipper Max Weinbach previously revealed the names of Samsung’s entire flagship lineup for 2021, mentioned all three foldable phones, and specifically skipped the Note series.
Several recent reports have indicated that Samsung is dropping the Galaxy Note line in favor of more foldable phones. However, no one can predict what Samsung will finally do in 2021. Even if the company is currently planning to launch three foldable phones, it could very well switch strategies based on market conditions.
