- More devices and more areas will eventually be supported.
If you’ve been waiting patiently to try Android 12 on your Samsung phone, the time is near! Samsung just revealed Android authority that the first beta of the new operating system will be rolled out in the USA in a few hours.

As in previous years, you need the Samsung Members App on your Galaxy S21. This app will display a banner ad promoting the One UI beta program. Tap on it, follow the instructions and you can give the new software a try.
If you don’t see the banner ad, keep checking back. Samsung is deliberately limiting the beta program so that not everyone will have the opportunity to test Samsung One UI 4.0.
At some point, however, One UI 4.0 will hit more Samsung phones and more regions of the world. Samsung just likes to start simply.
We don’t know if the new One UI will feature a design overhaul similar to what we saw with Android 12 itself. However, Samsung pointed out when it announced that the beta will have “a plethora of theme options” that will allow you to “customize the look and functionality of your device.”
