Samsung is introducing its first phones from 2021 and they are great news if you want a durable phone at a lower price. SamMobile According to reports, the company has unveiled the Galaxy A12 (pictured above) and the A02 (below), two budget Android devices that contain large 5,000 mAh batteries and cost less than 200 euros or around $ 237.
Durability is the highlight, but both also offer 6.5-inch HD + screens and a simple (probably plastic) case.
Choosing your phone will depend on its computing power, cameras, and registration technology. Samsung offers the Galaxy A02s a modest 1.8 GHz octa-core processor, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of expandable storage and a rear camera array with a 13-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel macro, and a 2- Megapixel depth sensor. A 5MP selfie camera sits in front. You won’t find a fingerprint reader or any other form of biometric authentication, however – you will have to use passcodes.
When you upgrade to the Galaxy A12, Samsung will get a faster 2.3 GHz octa-core chip, up to 6 GB of RAM, 32 GB to 128 GB of expandable storage, and a rear camera system with a 48-megapixel primary shooter and a 5 megapixel ultra-wide system. a 2MP macro and a 2MP depth sensor. You will also find an 8MP front camera. More importantly, there is a side-mounted fingerprint reader that you can use to log in quickly.

Unsurprisingly, the two phones are limited to LTE data. As 5G becomes more affordable, it has yet to reach serious entry-level phones.
Samsung will launch the Galaxy A12 in Europe in January. Prices start at 179 euros for a 64 GB model and 199 euros for its 128 GB model. The Galaxy A02 will follow in February. Samsung is offering the 32 GB mobile phone for 150 euros. As of this writing, there is no mention of US releases, but predecessors like the Galaxy A11 have reached American networks. Don’t be surprised if the A12 and A02 cross the ocean.
