Samsung Galaxy S21 series pre-order reservations now open in the US

Samsung has opened pre-orders for the next Galaxy flagships, also known as the Galaxy S21 series, in the US.

First discovered by XDA developer Reservations for the upcoming phones can also be made in the Samsung Shop app using this link on the Samsung website.

“Get ready to jump to the next galaxy,” said Samsung’s promotional page for reservations for the Galaxy S21. Those who sign up for the pre-order notifications through the website will instantly receive $ 50 credit toward the purchase of accessories for the Galaxy S21, S21 Plus, or S21 Ultra.

Those who pre-order through the Samsung Shop app will receive an additional $ 10 instant credit.

You will need to provide details such as your name, email ID, phone number, and zip code to reserve your pre-orders for the Galaxy S21. You can also choose your preferred carrier or receive pre-order notifications for unlocked models.

Samsung has included a trade-in option that lets you instantly get up to $ 700 in credit when you swap out your old phone for one of the new flagships. For example, if you want to trade one of your Galaxy S20 or Note 20 models, you will receive full instant credit of $ 700, provided your device meets Samsung’s trade-in criteria.

According to the Samsung website, pre-orders for the Galaxy S21 phones are valid through January 28, 2021. However, the reservation credit offers are only valid for customers who reserve their pre-orders by January 13, 11:59 p.m. ET and complete their pre-orders between the January 14, 2021 and January 28, 2021. This confirms that Samsung will launch the Galaxy S21 series on January 14, as expected. It also means you can expect the phones to start shipping in late January.
