Samsung Chromebook 4 and 4 Plus land in the UK
Update: November 26, 2020 (12:30 p.m. ET): The Samsung Chromebook 4 and Chromebook 4 Plus have now arrived in the UK. The laptops will be available on the Samsung website for the time being, and the company announces that a wider rollout will begin for select retailers over the next year.
The Samsung Chromebook 4 Plus is available in two storage options, priced at £ 349.99 (~ $ 468) for the 32GB model and £ 379 (~ $ 507) for the 64GB version.
The standard Samsung Chromebook 4 is now available in a single 32 GB memory configuration for 299.99 euros.

Original article: Oct. 7, 2020 (9 a.m. ET): If you like the look of an Apple MacBook Pro but don’t like the cost or use of macOS, Samsung is for you. The company just pulled off the Samsung Chromebook 4 and Chromebook 4 Plus, and both look very similar to the MacBook.
The Chromebook 4 is an 11.6-inch model with an HD display (1,366 x 768). It weighs just 2.6 pounds and starts at just $ 230.
The Samsung Chromebook 4 Plus is the larger version with slightly better technical data. It has a 15.6-inch Full HD (1,920 x 1,080) display and weighs 3.75 pounds. It starts at $ 300.

As with most modern Chromebooks these days, both new devices come with the Google Assistant built in. You can click the assistant icon to initiate a voice command, or you can just say “Hey Google” and be completely hands-free.
