Realme Book leak gives us a 360 degree look at Realme’s laptop
TL; DR
- The upcoming Realme Book has leaked again in renderings and videos.
- We take a closer look at all of the I / O options as well as the overall design.
- The laptop is believed to ship with 11th generation Core i3 and i5 processors.
We took an exclusive look at the Realme Book laptop via leaked images last month, showing a laptop with a 3: 2 screen and a Macbook-inspired design. Realme later confirmed the laptop’s existence and design, adding that it was “coming soon”.
Now, GizNext and serial leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer have given us even more Realme book leaks and published several apparent renderings and a 360-degree video that shows the laptop from every angle. Check out the 360 video below.
While the pictures and videos show a Macbook-like design, we also see two USB-C ports on the left, while a single USB-A port and 3.5mm jack are housed on the right . So if you’re hoping for a variety of I / O options, look elsewhere.
GizNext claims that the new laptop will also have a 14-inch display, a combination of fingerprint scanner and power button, and an 11th generation Intel Core i3 or Core i5 processor. The latter processors open the door for an upgrade to Windows 11, and Realme did already confirmed that the laptop receives the update.
Realme hasn’t set a start date yet, but it can’t be far. There’s no word on pricing either, but the outlet is assuming we could see a starting price below Rs 40,000 (~ $ 536). For what it’s worth, Xiaomi’s Mi Notebook 14 e-Learning Edition currently costs Rs 38,999 (~ $ 522), so we’re assuming Realme will be targeting this family of devices.
