Poll: Do you use wired or wireless charging more?
Whether Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, OnePlus or Huawei – many flagship smartphones offer both wired and wireless charging solutions. And both options have made great strides in terms of loading speed and efficiency.
But which camp do you fall into? Do you use more wired charging or do you just prefer a wireless pad? Let us know which ones you use more in our survey below.
Poll is loadingOne of the main reasons for wired charging is that it is typically much faster than wireless charging. In fact, it’s not uncommon to find phones that can be fully charged in under an hour over a cord. Wired charging has also historically had a reputation for being more efficient.
However, wireless charging comes in very handy as you don’t have to mess around with a cord. All you have to do is put your phone on the charger and off you go. Wireless speeds tend to lag behind wired charging speeds, but some newer devices (e.g. the Xiaomi Mi 11 series) increase the speed.
