Fitness trackers come in all shapes and sizes these days. Over time, many of them will also offer functionality thanks to improved sensors and software / AI tricks. Some of the most common sensor-based fitness tracking functions include step tracking, sleep monitoring, heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen / SpO2 checks, distance tracking and much more. You can find these attributes in most modern fitness trackers and smartwatches, regardless of their price.
While there are many ways to verify that your fitness tracker’s sensor data is correct – reading reviews is one of them – it won’t start to build trust until you’ve been using it for a while. Software updates can also turn some tracking features on or off over time.
This asked us how much confidence you have in the sensor data on your fitness trackers. Do you believe all of the sensor-based fitness and exercise information your tracker is tracking? Or are you skeptical of the data and just using it to get an idea of what your actual fitness stats might look like?
We do not ask you to vote based on the price of the fitness tracker you are using. We generally want to know whether you trust him or not.
