Poll: Do you sanitize your smartphone?
The past year has taught us how important personal hygiene really is. While the pandemic continues around the world, seemingly innocuous acts like hand washing remain imperative. But what about the objects we come into regular contact with, like our smartphones?
Some readers are likely disinfecting their smartphones on a daily basis, even before the pandemic. You can use a cleaning cloth or a cleaning solution. Others may have a UV housing that is said to kill bacteria and other harmful organisms with ultraviolet light. Others may feel that the need to clean up their smartphone too is a bridge too far. If your hands are always clean, isn’t your smartphone always clean too?
However, we only ask the questions. Whatever your views, we want to hear from you. Are you disinfecting your phone? If so, how do you do it? If not, why not?
Make sure to vote in the poll above. And if your feelings and views are more nuanced, then you should leave a comment below. We’ll be sure to post the best responses in our survey results article.
