This week, Epic had planned to launch two free games, but seems to have changed course at the last minute and put only one game in the weekly free trash. But I’m not complaining. We’re still getting a great little indie title from 2016. Hue is a platform where you solve puzzles by manipulating the colors of the world around you. It’s a clever concept and a lot of fun to play. You need to respond quickly to threats and change colors frequently during the jump to create platforms where you can land or destroy incoming obstacles. You even get a form of enumeration that makes the action slow enough for you to survive.
It’s available for both Windows and Mac (some Mac users recently mentioned to me that they don’t love Epic, but let’s go, folks!) And you can do it anytime between now and Thursday, July 9th, download.
