Oppo should announce details of Color OS 12 based on Android 12 today. Instead, the company gave us a general schedule of when we can expect the new software.
According to the opposition’s official Weibo post, Color OS 12 will be out sometime in mid to late September. That means Google’s stable Android 12 version is just around the corner.
Oppo’s digital assistant previously announced that Color OS 12 will be available on September 13, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Chinese time. That would correspond to September 12, 2021 at 3:00 a.m. Eastern Time. But with the new announcement, the release seems to be postponed until the end of the month. We expect more details about the new functions of Color OS 12 and the devices suitable for the update in the coming days.
