OnlyFans launches an app on Play Store, but it’s not what you think it is

OnlyFans has grown into a major player in the content creation business and is best known for allowing users to subscribe to porn creators. The focus on adult content means we haven’t seen a mobile app on the Play Store, but that is changing with the launch of the OFTV app.
Accordingly Bloomberg, OFTV is a work-safe app that is free of pornographic photos and videos and is now available on Google Play. Instead, we have 800 videos on cooking, fitness, podcasting, sports, comedy, and more. There is also an original show called Unlocked that covers notable content creators.
“OFTV doesn’t have any adult content. Since it is not monetized and has no direct impact on YouTubers’ earnings, we can be on the App Store, ”said Tim Stokely, CEO of OnlyFans Bloomberg.
The company says OFTV is a free service and does not contain advertising. However, we can imagine that as the platform gains popularity, ads and / or paid content could be a thing.
