Let’s start with the basics. We’ll help you figure out how to download and set up a wallpaper.

First, download the wallpaper you want. Don’t just download the previews shown in this post. These are compressed images and do not offer the image quality a worthy background image deserves. Instead, click the button under each entry. This will take you to a download page where you can download the images in full resolution.

Send the picture to your phone in full resolution. You can use Google Drive, email yourself, or transfer it via USB or Bluetooth.

Once the OnePlus wallpaper is saved on your phone, go ahead and follow the steps below to set it as your wallpaper.

Note: We developed this process using a OnePlus 9 Pro with Android 11. We also include instructions for setting a wallpaper on a standard Android device with a Pixel 4a running Android 11. However, be aware that the steps may change depending on the device and software your device is using. Some of these steps may be different for you. We’ll give you a few how-tos that will cover most of the users out there.

How to set a wallpaper on a OnePlus phone:

1. Press and hold any empty space on your home screen.
2. Choose Background images.
3. Go in My photo.
4. Find the downloaded wallpaper. Choose it.
5. You can now choose whether you want to use the wallpaper for the home screen, the lock screen, or both.
6. Tap on Set wallpaper.

How to set a wallpaper on an Android phone:

1. Press and hold any empty space on your home screen.
2. Choose Styles & wallpapers.
3. Go in My photos.
4. This will take you to a third-party file manager or photo app. Choose your preferred app.
5. Find the downloaded wallpaper and select it.
6. You can now change the background image and move it to your preferred position. You can also choose different wallpapers for your home screen and lock screen.
7. Make your selections and click the check mark button.

OnePlus 9

The OnePlus 9 offers minimal and colorful wallpapers that are very similar to Samsung’s. However, the pictures are a bit more abstract and playful. We know many of you will enjoy them and they come in a variety of colors so chances are one of them will look great on your phone.

The OnePlus 8T was the first with Samsung-like wallpapers. They’re quite different from the newer ones on the OnePlus 9, though. Colors are vibrant but not as saturated as others from OnePlus. They might be better suited to some smartphones.

You can see the designs get a little wilder here. That’s because the OnePlus 8 and its predecessors were a little … more adventurous. These wallpapers have more saturated colors and more contrasting hues. They’re not as sleek as newer OnePlus wallpapers, but they’re definitely fun! Incidentally, these are also available directly from the artist.

The OnePlus 7T wallpapers are also colorful, abstract, and bold. They look great on any screen, but they’ll be especially impressive if your display can produce high contrast, vibrant colors, and deep blacks.

OnePlus 7 Pro’s wallpapers are much more dynamic. Especially those with stormy clouds that make for a very atmospheric look. These are great for users who want bolder and more eye-catching OnePlus wallpapers.

OnePlus 6T wallpapers are hard to decipher, but the abstract designs are very colorful and look great. There aren’t many, but they’re worth a look.

OnePlus 6’s backgrounds look psychedelic, right? These wallpapers are very unique, but they are also some of the best the company has released. This is why they were actually included on the OnePlus 6T. However, they will look great on any phone. Get her!

The OnePlus 5T sets things up with some very wild and bold wallpapers. These all have strong lines, aggressive curves, and strong colors. They aren’t for the subtle users among us, but we know some of you will love them.

The OnePlus 5 featured a beautiful AMOLED display, a technology known for its deep blacks, stunning contrast, and vivid colors. You can see them try to showcase these skills in their wallpapers. Surprise OnePlus Wallpapers

OnePlus is a fun company, and it can be a bit spontaneous. The company released some surprise wallpapers right after a major rebranding and just before the OnePlus 8 launched. We’re glad they did because these are some of the funniest out there. Just don’t expect them to be subtle. On the contrary, they are super colorful and will attract attention in a crowd.
