OnePlus Nord special edition to arrive alongside the OnePlus 8T

OnePlus has something in store for fans who don’t want to break the bank with a OnePlus 8T, but want to grab a new Nord. The company has released a new special edition OnePlus Nord, which coincides with the debut of the new flagship.
Two tweets from OnePlus India and OnePlus’ global Accounts indicate a device with a sandstone finish. It could be a hat tip to one of the OnePlus One’s original color options, Sandstone Black.
The OnePlus Nord is currently available in two options: Blue Marble and Gray Onyx, but both are foamed smoothly in Gorilla Glass. The sandstone option could give the mid-range phone a grainier feel, but that would come at the expense of the glass back plate.
OnePlus has not confirmed that it is just a sandstone finish. The company could cause a surprise with a matching earthy color scheme.
The launch of the new special edition may not be the last word on the North Line this year. Rumor has it that the company will unveil two new Nord devices at an event on October 26th. Both devices also address different market rungs with possible US debuts.
