OnePlus has started teasing the launch of its first fitness band in India. Renderings and other details of the so-called OnePlus band leaked last week and the company has now confirmed that the wearable will be offered for sale in India through Amazon.

As you can see above, OnePlus’s tweet also offers a glimpse of the fitness band. From this picture and what we saw in the leaked renders, it seems very similar to the Mi Band 5. The Activity Tracker is also expected to take over the Xiaomi counterpart in terms of pricing. The tipsters claim it will cost around $ 40.
OnePlus calls the band “the new face of fitness” and also teases smart sleep-tracking features. Other expected features of the OnePlus strap are an AMOLED display, several days of battery life, and water resistance. The company could also launch a new app for the tracker.
It looks like OnePlus is looking to start at the lower end of the wearables market before a premium device hits the market. The company has already confirmed that it will also make a smartwatch, which will land earlier this year. You can find more information about the OnePlus watch here.
