- Amazon Germany reportedly listed the OnePlus 8T prior to its release.
- The phone will apparently offer 65W charging and a 4,500 mAh battery.
OnePlus confirmed a launch date for the OnePlus 8T on October 14th this week, and it looks like at least one retailer has jumped the gun by listing the phone ahead of time on their website.
Amazon Germany briefly listed the phone on its website, the listing being captured in a screenshot from tipster Ishan Agarwal and 91mobile. Check out the screenshot below for all the details.
Some of the notable specs seen here include a 120Hz FHD + screen, Snapdragon 865 processor, and a quad rear camera setup (48MP + 16MP + 5MP + 2MP). The phone is also equipped with a 4,500 mAh battery and a 65 W wired charging process (which announces daily use with 15 minutes of charging time). The latter would mean faster charging than either of the OnePlus 8 series phones.
It’s also interesting to note a price of € 693.18 (~ $ 815) in this listing, albeit for a 12 GB / 256 GB variant. We heard of an 8GB / 128GB model too, and Agarwal claims it will hit the market for $ 599. The screenshot also shows a release date on October 20th.
The 8GB / 128GB OnePlus 8 was originally launched in Europe for € 699 (~ $ 822), although it currently retails for € 649. If the price of the leak is correct for the base OnePlus 8T, it means it is cheaper than the base OnePlus 8.
