Welcome to the OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T Update Hub. This is where you can find the latest information on updates for the two OnePlus 6 series phones. We will detail the current software versions for each device and notify you when a new update is introduced. OnePlus usually releases updates for the entire series at once. However, this can vary depending on the variant and provider.

Latest OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T updates
May 21, 2021 (5:11 p.m. ET): OnePlus releases a new update for OnePlus 6 and 6T (via XDA developer). Unfortunately, that’s been another month that these two phones failed to get Android 11. Still, this update includes the May 2021 security patch, so not all is bad.
Here is the official changelog:

- Fixed known issues and improved system stability
As always, the OTA will have a gradual rollout and will reach more OnePlus 6 / 6T users in the coming days.
Previous OnePlus 6 and 6T updates
- April 27, 2021: This update was only released with the April 2021 security patch and some bug fixes and improvements.
- March 18, 2021: Oxygen OS 10.3.9 arrived in March and brought the Android security patch from February 2021. The update also improved system stability according to the change log.
- January 27, 2021: OnePlus 6 and 6T received Oxygen OS 10.3.8 in January 2021, which brought this month’s security update and the launch of the OnePlus Store.
- October 12, 2020: In October, OnePlus 6 and 6T received Oxygen OS 10.3.6, which contains some patches and the security update from September 2020.
