Update: December 25, 2020 (12 p.m. ET): Samsung is now rolling out the stable One UI 3.0 update for the Galaxy S20 FE worldwide. According to SamMobileThe company publishes the release for both the 4G and 5G variants of the phone.
The Android 11 build includes firmware numbers G780FXXU1BTL1 and G781BXXU1BTL4 for the 4G and 5G models, respectively. The new software is reportedly available in more than a dozen countries.
You can go to the settings menu on your Galaxy S20 FE to check for the OTA update.

Samsung originally launched the Galaxy S20 FE on October 2, 2020. Pre-orders began selling on launch day in late September. The phone debuted with Android 10-based One UI 2.5.
While the Galaxy S20 FE met the right criteria as an affordable Samsung flagship, the device faced a notable problem after launch. Some users reported problems with the phone’s screen sensitivity and performance. Samsung released two updates in October to address the issue
A third update – firmware version G781BXXU1ATK1 – was released in November. The update also brought the November security patch for Android. According to comments on social media and forums, these three updates haven’t resolved the issues for several S20 FE owners.

At the beginning of December 2020, Samsung published a One UI 3.0 update roadmap for Germany. The list included the Galaxy S20 FE, but the update was scheduled for January 2021 – a month later than the Galaxy S20 series siblings.
On December 18, 2020, a report by SamMobile suggested that some users in Russia are already getting the One UI 3.0 stable update. The patch was number G780FXXU1BTL1 and contains the Android security update for December 2020.
