Nokia 9.3 PureView could launch in November 2020

HMD Global’s Nokia launched its last true flagship smartphone over a year ago – the Nokia 9 PureView. It wasn’t the brand’s largest device, but it was undoubtedly a daring departure from the norm. A new report now indicates that the long-awaited successor could arrive before the end of the year.
According to a report by Nokia Power UserThe Nokia 9.3 PureView could finally make its debut in a rumored “big launch event” in November. According to the sources of the publication, the event is still in the “planning phase” and the date has not yet been set.
Nokia 9.3 PureView: late for the party
Nokia’s next flagship has become an urban legend. The phone was rumored to hit the market in mid-2019, but there have been reports of several delays since then. Other Nokia phones suffered delays this year. HMD Global launched the Nokia 8.3 5G last week six months after its initial announcement.
At least there is no shortage of leaks and rumors for the Nokia 9.3. A May report mentioned that the Nokia flagship could support 8K recording support, which could indicate the inclusion of the Snapdragon 865 chipset. That alone would be a significant improvement over the Snapdragon 845 of the Nokia 9 PureView.
It’s not clear if Light’s penta-lens camera setup will return as well, especially given the creator of the array’s departure from the smartphone industry.
