New wireless Samsung Dex keyboard quietly released

Samsung Dex keyboard

  • Samsung just quietly launched a new Samsung Dex wireless keyboard.
  • The keyboard was specially developed for Dex and even has a special Dex key.
  • Sorry, no details on release date, availability, or pricing are available.

Samsung’s Dex platform is probably the most complete Android desktop solution out there. With the latest Samsung phones and tablets, you can use your device wirelessly like a desktop computer and have full access to all of your apps and files.

While you can connect pretty much any Bluetooth keyboard to your Dex device, there is no official product made specifically for Dex. That has now changed because Samsung has just quietly launched a Samsung Dex wireless keyboard.

Connected: The best budget gaming keyboards you can buy right now

The keyboard – officially known as the Samsung Smart Keyboard Trio 500 – has a dedicated DEX key in the upper right corner. It also has connectivity buttons that you can use to quickly switch between connected devices. For example, you can connect the keyboard to your phone, tablet, and desktop computer. You can switch between all three at any time with a tap of your finger.

The Samsung Dex keyboard also has customizable hotkeys that you can use to quickly launch your favorite apps.

For Dex fans, this keyboard is probably a godsend. Unfortunately, Samsung has not yet announced any availability information for the Smart Keyboard Trio 500. Hence, we don’t know when or where you can get it and how much it will cost.
