- Motorola launched the Moto G 5G in India.
- The new Moto G unit has a special price of ~ $ 284.
The Moto G 5G is one of the brand’s cheaper 5G phones and costs 300 euros in Europe. Now the phone has stopped in India, and you can expect a slightly cheaper price point too.
Motorola’s new 5G phone will be available on December 7th via Flipkart at a special price of Rs 20,999 (~ $ 284). The regular price is Rs 24,999 (~ $ 338). What do you get for the money?
The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 750G chipset, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of expandable storage. A 5,000 mAh battery with a 20 W charger keeps things chugging. In fact, Motorola is claiming more than two days of juice with this battery.
The Moto 5 5G camera experience isn’t particularly interesting. It offers a triple rear view camera for pedestrians on paper (48 MP main, 2 MP macro, 2 MP depth). Those expecting an ultra-wide lens here might be disappointed. Facing the front, a 16-megapixel camera adorns the center-mounted hole cutout of the 6.67-inch FHD + LCD screen (with HDR10 support).
Other notable details include a 3.5mm port, a fingerprint scanner on the back, Android 10 (unfortunately) with a promised upgrade to Android 11, and a water-repellent design.
