Mobvoi TicPods 2 Pro Plus announced
You can adjust the volume using the latest version of Mobvoi’s gesture and voice commands.

Mobvoi took off the packaging of its new true wireless earbuds and announced the release of its TicPods 2 Pro Plus. This follows a line of generally well-received true wireless earbuds for those who want the aesthetics of the AirPods but don’t want to overpay for the branding.
The latest addition to the Mobvoi True Wireless Earphones Stable uses Qualcomm’s QCC5121 chipset, similar to its predecessor, the TicPods 2 Pro. However, unlike the TicPods 2 Pro, the latest true Mobvoi wireless earbuds can individually pair each earbud to your phone via Bluetooth 5.0. This is a big upgrade over the TicPods 2 Pro as these headphones require a Master-Bud connection to control both channels. iOS users will get stuck with AAC, but Android users have more codecs to choose from, including aptX, AAC, and SBC.
In addition to the standard controls of the TicPods 2 Pro, users of the Mobvoi TicPods 2 Pro Plus can adjust the volume by voice command or gesture. Earlier iterations of the true Mobvoi wireless earbuds have similar controls but couldn’t adjust the volume this way.
According to the press release, the case of the Mobvoi TicPods 2 Pro Plus will contain a 390 mAh lithium-ion battery, be charged via a USB-C connection and be able to power the earbuds for an hour in just five minutes Loading time. The case’s battery is big enough to charge the earbuds a little over six times before they need to be charged themselves.
The TicPods 2 Pro Plus are terribly AirPods-esque and offer a familiar, unsealed design.
Finally, active users will appreciate IPX4 dust and water resistance, meaning sweat and the occasional raindrop won’t fry these headphones.
The Mobvoi TicPods 2 Pro are available on Mobvoi.com and Amazon internationally for USD 139.99, GBP 119.99 or EUR 139.99. In addition, buyers can choose between the colors Navy (blue) and Ice (white).
