Mindfulness sessions from Deepak Chopra are coming to Fitbit Premium
- Wellness expert Deepak Chopra has partnered with Fitbit to offer Fitbit Premium mindfulness sessions.
- Today 10 sessions start, in the coming months “dozen more” will be added.

It’s no secret that stress was high in 2020 and will continue into 2021. The height of the COVID-19 pandemic brought with it some of the highest levels of stress and anxiety we’ve seen in recent history. If not treated properly, physical and mental stress can lead to more serious health conditions such as depression.
That’s why Fitbit continues to focus on mindfulness and wellbeing techniques. Numerous mindfulness sessions are already available in the Fitbit app, and today the company is expanding even further with the help of mindfulness expert Deepak Chopra.
Deepak Chopra and Fitbit are debuting a new series of mindfulness exercises called the Mindful Method. It is a collection of audio and video sessions designed to improve your emotional wellbeing by dealing with things like mindfulness, sleep, stress management, mental wellbeing, and mind-body connection.
A total of 10 audio and video sessions are available today. Dozens more will be added in the coming months. Each takes less than 20 minutes, so it should be easy to incorporate one into your daily routine. The sessions starting today will focus on meditation, dealing with emotions, relaxing for the day, and reducing stress.
The Mindful Method sessions are only available to Fitbit Premium subscribers. Fitbit’s premium subscription service costs $ 9.99 per month or $ 79.99 per year.
We were torn as to whether or not Fitbit Premium was really worth the cost. While it offers guided programs and dynamic workouts that are well suited for beginners, it lacks features for advanced users. Regardless, Deepak Chopra’s mindfulness sessions will undoubtedly bring a lot of value to Fitbit Premium, even if only starting 10 sessions to begin with.
