Lite version of OnePlus Buds Pro could be on the way

- A leak suggests that a new set of OnePlus Buds might be on the way.
- In contrast to the Buds Pro that have just been launched, these buds would be cheaper but still retain ANC.

Leaker Max Jambor recently went to twitter and claimed a new set might be in the works. Jambor suggests these unannounced earbuds could have ANC as well, but bring the price down.

I like the Buds Pro very much, so I’m curious to see what the cheaper ones have to offer
Jambor’s suggestion that it could be an “Art Lite Edition of the Buds Pro” sounds confusing, but this is a kind of earbud portfolio from OnePlus. If this rumor is true, we’d expect OnePlus to drop some of the higher quality features of the Buds Pro – such as the wireless charging case – and keep only the essentials.
If OnePlus could ship a set of ANC earbuds for under $ 150, it would undercut not only its own Buds Pro, but the Galaxy Buds 2 just launched, feel the need to respond.
Let’s hope these new earbuds end up as something simple, like the OnePlus Buds 2. But hey, we wouldn’t trust the company to launch them as the OnePlus Buds Z Pro Lite or anything.
