Leaked Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra renders updated
TL; DR
- The leaked Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra renders have been slightly updated.
- The camera module doesn’t quite cover what previously created a “P” shape.
- This new possible design could be more aesthetically pleasing.
One of the most distinctive aspects of the new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra design is the “P” -shaped rear view camera module. That was pretty divisive for Android authority Reader. Today, however, the original source of the renderings (Steve Hemmerstoffer, aka @OnLeaks) updated versions released. This new version splits the camera module in two different halves, which might be more convenient for some.
You can see the difference in the picture at the top of this article. The one on the left is the new design and the one on the right is as we originally saw it last week.
episode @UniverseIce Comments on my # GalaxyS22Ultra, I asked my sources to investigate.
There actually appears to be a prototype with a unitary body frame, but I haven’t received confirmation of the camera body design.
Nonetheless, here are two updated renders that illustrate these likely differences. pic.twitter.com/14bNzFxqDP
Of course, these Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra renders are leaks, so they have never been guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Who knows what other revelations might come in the future, what they look like and how they work. For now, however, you’ll need to decide whether the “old” design is better or worse than the “new” – and then wait for the official announcement to see which one comes closer to the correct answer.
