It looks like Siri just revealed the date for the next Apple event –

- Siri announces a date for Apple’s next event, which is scheduled for April.
- The company is expected to launch new iPad Pro models, including one with a mini LED display.
Apple’s voice assistant may have just announced the date for the upcoming launch event. If you ask Siri, “When is the next Apple event?” You will immediately receive a response dated April 20th.
We’re not sure if Apple intended to find out the date for its event this way, or if Siri jumped the gun. It is also entirely possible, but not likely, that this is a bug.

Even so, next week’s date seems real because even Bloomberg reported the same thing previously.
Apple is expected to launch new iPad Pro models that day. According to reports, the company plans to showcase the tablet in two sizes, including a 12.9-inch model with a mini-LED display.
With the mini-LED technology, the new iPads should offer a higher contrast ratio, improved brightness and deeper black tones. Mini-LED displays are also less prone to burn-in than OLED screens and can improve energy optimization on the tablets.
However, the new screen is reportedly in short supply, so Apple may have to delay the actual availability of the new iPad Pro that uses it.
In addition to the new display, Apple will probably also equip the new iPad professionals with a much more powerful processor. A faster USB-C port and better cameras are also on the cards.
