The Downdetector.com website began receiving reports from users of possible downtime just before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. A review of the company’s US status page actually reveals that the service is experiencing some issues. Specifically, it says that some users have reported receiving a “502 Bad Gateway” error when accessing the Square Dashboard.
The good news is that Square isn’t available to some users, but the company is currently working on fixing the issues. We’ll update this story as we get more information.
