But what if your previous Twitter username, also known as a handle, no longer reflects you or your brand? Well there is a simple solution. Here we are going to show you how to change your Twitter handle on your desktop and in the mobile app.

Yes, you can change your Twitter handle at any time. Unlike Instagram, which limits you to two changes every 14 days, Twitter has no limits on how often you can update your handle.

Your new username must be between four and 15 characters long and contain only numbers, underscores, and letters.

note: Whenever you change your handle, it is a good idea to notify your followers. This way they can reply and send messages directly with your new username.

1. Go to “Settings and data protection“from your profile icon drop-down menu.

2. Next, select “Account Information”.

1. Within the App, click on your profile icon and then select “Settings and privacy”.
