There are a number of video streaming services to choose from these days. While it makes business sense to stick to just one, it is often necessary to subscribe to several in order to keep up with your favorite series.
If you love Parks and Recreation or The Office, you need to subscribe to Peacock to enjoy both. Do you want to see The Witcher? To do this, you need a Netflix subscription. To keep up with The Mandalorian, you can’t (legally) do that without Disney Plus. Of course, these are just a few examples of content fragmentation in streaming services.
Content may not be the only reason to choose services. Each service also offers its own pricing model, film bouquet, and other differentiators. You may be interested in joining a particular service because it is cheaper or it has an app for your particular platform. It may be due to the ease of use of the user interface or the effectiveness of the customer support.
With that in mind, we’d like to know how many streaming services you are currently subscribed to. Note that for this survey we are only focusing on video streaming services, not music, games, or other digital content subscriptions.
