Cameras have become a major battleground for smartphones over the years as manufacturers showcase features like night modes, periscope zoom functions, 8K video recording, and more.
However, a smartphone offers a lot more than just great cameras, as the screen, battery life, design, audio, and other categories are also important factors. But that asked us how important the camera is to you. That is the topic of our poll today, and you can vote by choosing one of the options below.
Personally, a great camera is one of several key factors that I keep in mind when buying a new phone. In addition to the camera quality, I also appreciate the fast charging and a large battery. It gives me the peace of mind that I can charge my phone for five or ten minutes before rushing out of the house and still get a decent charge.
On the other hand, you have to go out of your way to buy a smartphone with a legitimately bad camera these days. Even phone cameras from companies like HMD, OnePlus, and Motorola are fine in the worst case instead of really bad. That said, we also have a guide for smartphone cameras so you can find the best phone for your needs.
