Everyone loves a UFC sequel, and a trilogy fight is just a lot better. Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier only met a few months ago at UFC 257, and now they’re right back at UFC 264. The two will meet again on July 10th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, and your best chance to the action can be seen on ESPN Plus.

This third fight between the Notorious and Poirier is a little different from the first two. McGregor was the preferred fighter in the first two matchups and dominated the UFC 178 fight. He went on to the sequel hoping to beat Poirier 2-0, but it wasn’t meant to be. Dustin Poirier struck with a barrage of punches en route to a break in the second period.
Now Poirier enters the trilogy as the No. 1 Lightweight Fighter, right behind Champion Charles Oliveira. McGregor is hot on his heels in 5th place, and both men are eager to take the throne. We haven’t even mentioned the rest of the UFC 264 card, and there’s a lot to look forward to.
