- Google is reportedly sending out a survey of Wear OS users regarding the platform.
- The survey asks users to list their likes / dislikes and more.
Wear OS is in the running with Stadia for the currently most neglected main platform in Google’s stable. But Google took an encouraging move towards the platform last week when it launched a new Wear OS app for the first time in years.
Now, Google seems to want to know what Wear OS device owners think of their watches and the platform itself. According to Redditors and Android CentralGoogle sent a survey to Wear OS users. The survey comes from a notification prompt and takes you to the Wear OS app to fill out.
According to reports, Google’s survey asks several questions, such as: B. How satisfied you are with the platform and what you like and dislike about the platform. Check out a screenshot courtesy of below for a screenshot Android Central.
When you complete this first survey, you will be taken to another Wear OS survey where you ask more in-depth questions. These questions relate to the types of fitness activities you participate in while wearing the watch, which features are most important to you, and details about other smart home devices in your household.
Between that poll and Google posting more Wear OS news later this year, it seems certain the company is finally paying attention to the platform again. Now for the receipt of an official YouTube Music app.
