Google is apparently considering merging its Google One subscription with Play Pass into a new, discounted bundle offer.
Carried out via app teardown by 9to5Google, Google One may soon allow users to add Play Pass to their Google One plan and receive a percentage discount off the total price. It’s unclear how much users can save, but users could test the bundle before committing.
The bundle starts with the Basic One plan at 100GB and priced at $ 1.99 per month. If users need more storage, they can upgrade to the 200GB or much more expensive 2TB bundle at a later date. Interestingly, Google suggests that users “can share both Google One and Play Pass with your family group at no additional cost”. This makes the bundle an interesting prospect for a family of mobile gamers.
