Go flying for Father’s Day: Save up to $270 on DJI drones
As long as antigravity never becomes a reality, I assume that drones are unlikely to go out of style anytime soon. For geeks who have grown up and love everything about airplanes, flies and devices, drones are just the thing. They are easy to fly, can record cinema-quality videos and are also an excellent hobby in the socially distant world of the USA Corona virus. And although you can buy a “toy” drone for $ 100 or less, if you’re serious about quadcopters, you should invest in a more reputable model like one from DJI.
If that sounds like you, there are currently some great deals on DJI equipment. For example, when you purchase the well-rated DJI Mavic Mini, you can get a free battery or save $ 180 for the Mavic 2 Zoom or Phantom 4 Pro V2.0. Here are the details.

This is far from the best deal we’ve seen for the DJI Mavic Mini, but it’s still an opportunity to get a free $ 45 battery in this DJI Mavic Mini bundle. Since you have around 30 minutes of flight time with the Mini, this is an hour’s flight straight out of the box. Equipped with the 2.7K HD camera and a three-axis motorized gimbal, this is a great platform for recording videos on a budget.

DJI’s Mavic 2 Zoom normally costs $ 1,439, but you can now save $ 270. His killer feature? The Mavic 2 Zoom is the world’s first foldable consumer drone with an optical zoom from 24 to 48 mm. Add a 2x digital zoom, which is lossless when recording video at 1080p, and you can switch from 49 mm to 96 mm (all focal lengths in 35 mm equivalent). It also records 4K videos at 30 frames per second and a bit rate of 100 Mbit / s.

The price is usually sobering $ 1,599. You can now save $ 180 on the Phantom 4 Pro V2.0, making the $ 1,419 price a little more accessible. This is the drone that so many budding drone operators and cameramen have cut their teeth on – it has a 20 megapixel camera that captures 4K videos with a triaxial motorized gimbal and a number of intelligent and automated flight modes. This V2.0 replaces the Lightbridge system of the original drone with the OcuSync transmission system and better collision avoidance, but is otherwise largely the same.
