Get the excellent Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 for $120 off
The Bose Noise Canceling Headphones 700, which Bose launched last year as the successor to the venerable QuietComfort 35 II, were given good grades by CNET’s David Carnoy when he tried with his hands (and ears) to see how well they did the Bose justified name. And because they’re Bose headphones, they’re not cheap and cost $ 400. But right now, Bose sells refurbished Noise Canceling Headphones 700 for $ 280. That’s $ 120 less than the list price.
These are refurbished and certified by Bose at the factory to meet the same quality standards as a new retail product – and have the same one-year warranty.
How are the 700s? Well, the headphones have been radically revised by the older QuietComfort 35 II. You can immediately see this from the redesigned headband, which is now made of stainless steel for strength and support as well as touch controls on the cup to operate the functions of the headphones. Instead of folding up for the trip, the 700 is now simply flat. It charges with a standard USB-C port and includes Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa for voice support. You can also appreciate the fact that noise cancellation is adjustable, and you can choose the ability to hear yourself speak, which can prevent you from screaming like a madman when wearing it.
I’m honest: I wear noise canceling headphones a lot at home. My house is not as quiet as I would like it to be for long hours away. My noise canceling headphones of your choice? The QuietComfort 35 II. If you could use a break from dogs, neighbors and children when you work from home, the successor to my trusted headphones could be your gateway to silent nirvana.
