Get a close look at Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 3 through a leaked video
TL; DR
- A leak has made a video of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 available.
- The footage shows Samsung’s foldable device from most angles, including the larger external screen.
- Rumor has it that Samsung will launch the phone sometime in August.
You may not have to settle for static photos of the Galaxy Z Flip 3. Leaker Evan Blass has divided seemingly official videos showing Samsung’s upcoming foldable device from virtually every angle, both closed and open.
The clips are short but give a good feel for how the Galaxy Z Flip 3 will improve over the original model (no, there is no Z Flip 2). Most importantly, they show off the larger, supposedly 19-inch external display and two-tone back – you should have an easier time checking notifications or taking photos without opening the clamshell.
You only see a handful of the Z Flip 3 color palette in the videos, including beige, black, gray, and light purple. It is rumored that Samsung has dark blue, dark green, pink, and white hues in the making.

If previous leaks are correct, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 would run on a Snapdragon 888 chip and carry a larger battery than its predecessors. There have been claims that Samsung would introduce a selfie camera under the display, although it doesn’t necessarily – the video clearly shows a section at certain angles.
Samsung hasn’t said much about when it might put the new Flip on store shelves. However, rumors (and history) suggest the foldable phone could be featured at the company’s almost usual Unpacked event in August. If so, you could have your phone in your hands before summer is over.
