Full specs leak for OnePlus Nord CE

Full specs leak for OnePlus Nord CE 1

OnePlus has already launched three OnePlus 9 series phones this year. The company isn’t done yet, however, as it has at least one other phone slated to hit the market next week, known as the OnePlus Nord CE.

The “CE” apparently stands for “Core Edition”. This is the first time OnePlus has used this term for any of its products, so we’re not entirely sure what that means just yet.

Regardless, MySmartPrice got an almost complete data sheet for the Nord CE. The leak supports some previous rumors we’ve heard regarding the phone.

Pre-orders for the device should begin on June 11th and general sale will begin on June 16, 2021.

Leaked OnePlus Nord CE Specs

According to the leak, the Nord CE should be only 7.9 mm thick and have a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz. There would be a fingerprint reader in the display on deck, which would be a nice upgrade over the Nord N10 and Nord N100 from late 2020. There would also be a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Under the hood, the leak suggests that you might find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset. That’s not as fast as the Snapdragon 765G in the OnePlus Nord, but it’s still way above the 600 and 400 processors in the other Nord devices. This processor also supports 5G connections.

There should be two RAM / storage variants for the OnePlus Nord CE: 6GB / 64GB and 8GB / 128GB. Either way, you should also get a 4,500mAh battery with 30W wired charging. On the back, you should also see a triple lens camera system with a 64 MP main, 8 MP ultra wide, and 2 MP depth sensor. On the front there should be a 16MP shooter in a left-justified display cutout.

These specs support the idea that the OnePlus Nord CE should be more expensive than the Nord N10 but cheaper than the original OnePlus Nord. With that, it should be in the $ 300 to $ 400 range, which isn’t a bad price for these specs.
